Meea Kang As the president of Domus Develo- pment, and affordable housing develop-ment company, Meea Kang has given rise to nearly 2,000 units of given rise to nearly 2,000 units of affordable and market-rate hous-ing in California. She is a founding member and President of the California Inll Builders Associa-tion. For her achievements, Kang was recently honored with a Visionary 2020 Award from the Visionary 2020 Award from the Sierra Business Council.

Patrick Kennedy is the owner of Panoramic Inter- ests, a develop ment rm that has been building housing, live-work space, and commercial property in Berkeley commercial property in Berkeley since 1990 focusing on dense mixed-use, mixed-income, inll developments. Kennedy is now focusing on developing SmartSpace® – a small, stylish, and economical dwelling unit, exceed-ing all governmental require-ments for enviromental construc-tion.

Seth Bland has more than 25 years of compre- hensive develop- ment and invest- ment experience, including signicant mixed-use residential and retail projects residential and retail projects throughout California. He was directly responsible for develop-ment of The Beacon, a 1.4-MM square foot mixed-use high-rise including 595 residential units, 82,000 square feet of groceryanchored retail and 45,000 square feet of office. The Beacon was recognized as the 2003 Bay Area Mixed-Use Project of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times.

Denise Pinkston Partner at TMG, has 30 years of experi ence in real estate, planning and project manage-ment. Her projects have included managing, leasing, and redevel-oping the $40 million Emeryville Marketplace and Public Market; entitlement and sale of the Albany Target site; and the development of $100 million Hamilton Field Air Force Base. Pinkston has served as a planning commissioner and chamber of commerce board chamber of commerce board member. She has also been an instructor in Urban Studies at San Francisco State University.
