The guys from Community Cooling are headed north to Orlando for the Air conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Expo 2016. This exposition features vendors, manufacturers, experts, and educators from around the world ready to share “whats new and trending” in the HVACR industry.

All badged up and ready to see what is new and trending in the HVAC industry.

A great place to see new products and techniques to better serve our customers. Over 2000 booths … with an expected 50,000 + in attendance!

Lots of interesting displays! Like this 7 foot tall swamp cooler.

swamp coolers work by evaporating liquids through shedding of molecules into the air, going from a liquid state to a gas. As they become suspended in the air, the molecules draw some of the heat from the hotter air, cooling it down as the water and air find equilibrium. The also

cools the remaining liquid, while hotter, faster molecules are likely to escape into the air.

The individual blades of this large, industrial sized, fan are adjustable so as to allow optimal air flow, specific to the user’s needs at the time.

Maybe the coolest thing at the air conditioning convention (get it) is this nifty miniature steam engine, it was certainly one of our favorite displays!

All in all we walked over 10 miles inside the convention center, and saw, and learned about as much as we could in a day. A good time was had by all, and we are looking forward to next year already!
