• The company later tried making the brand artsy by using the dog.

• The sales stabilized, they no longer grew so fast.

• THEY REMAINED VERY HIGH IN THE MINDS OF THE CONSUMERS AS A COMFORTABLE SHOE

What does comfort mean to the consumer???

• I'm not talking about comfortable shoes.

• I'm talking about, how where and WHY? The consumer feels comfortable.
