for commercial and residential sites

with all the same features as the

original. Its smaller radius is scaled

down as an alternative to multi-row

spray applications. This version of

the world’s top-selling sprinkler is

adaptable where a spray would be

THE ROTOR RATIONALE.

People speculate about rotors vs. spray heads.

Everyone has a different approach, and sometimes

it’s a matter of personal preference. Still, chances

are you’ll need about three times as many spray

heads as rotors for the same area. In the case of the

PGJ, using one-third as much water as sprays, it’s

ideal for clay and loam soils, and on slopes. There

are plenty of reasons to get rotors. Fewer valves

and stations, less trenching, piping and labor. Just

ask the folks using them.

BUILT-IN PRESSURE REGULATION TO RELy ON.

The primary cause of poor performance in irrigation systems is improper

pressure. Too low or too high. Elevation changes, improper pipe sizing

and excessive inlet pressures at the head all cause it. The Institutional

Spray’s built-in pressure regulator solves this problem. The pressure stays

at 30 PSI (2 bars). Just where it needs to be. No misting, no fogging, just

regulated pressure. It will take inlet pressures up to 100 PSI (6.9 bars). Did

Interfaces: Each controller uses an interface for communication with the master controller. The ICC, Pro-C and SRC controllers use external hardware interfaces to communicate. ACC controllers use internal plug-in modules.

Communications: The central computer can use special hard-wired cable (GCBL) for local sites, and dial-up telephone lines or cellular to remote sites. Within each site, multiple controllers can be linked with hard-wired cable or UHF radio (FCC license required for radio).

Clik Sensors: Connected to the interfaces for off-line alarm protection, which doesn’t need the computer, and for on-line alarm notification, received on your next communication. Informs you of rain, freeze or wind shutdowns.

Hunter Flow Sensor (HFS): Wire the optional HFS into your ACC controllers to add station-level diagnostics and real-time flow monitoring. Identify a system’s low-flow or overflow conditions and close a master valve before damage occurs. Record and report water use by controller, program and station.

I-60, I-90), ICC, ACC controllers, ICD Decoder Products, ICR Remotes, IMMS™ Central

Control Products, Weather Sensors, ICZ, ICV plastic and IBV and HBV brass valves

are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for

five (5) years from the original date of manufacture. If a defect in a Hunter product is

discovered during the applicable warranty period, Hunter will repair or replace, at its

option, the product or the defective part. This warranty does not extend to repairs,

adjustments, or replacement of a Hunter product or part that results from misuse,

negligence, alteration, modification, tampering, or improper installation and/or

maintenance of the product. This warranty extends only to the original installer of

the Hunter product. If a defect arises in a Hunter product or part during the warranty

period, you should contact your local Hunter Authorized Distributor.

HUNTER’S OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ITS PRODUCTS AS SET FORTH

ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY SET FORTH BY HUNTER. THERE

ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES

OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HUNTER

WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY IN STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR

ANY OTHER MANNER FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED AS

A RESULT OF ANY DESIGN OR DEFECT IN HUNTER’S PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY

SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE.

for these products were determined and listed in accordance with ASAE Standard

S398.1, Procedure for Sprinkler Testing and Performance Reporting, and are

representative of performance of production sprinklers at the time of publication.

Actual product performance may differ from the published specifications due to

normal manufacturing variations and sample selection. All other specifications are

solely the recommendation of Hunter Industries Incorporated.
