• Train DRFCCs and DGSCs – Teach them to train so that they can go back
and train club level Rotarians• Pass on information and updates to DRFCCs
and DGSCs• Assist TRF with investigations/allegations of
grants• Act as a sounding board for grant
questions/concerns
