A leaflet I designed that focuses on the topic of free range/humane farm practices. The image was made in adobe photoshop 5, the text/chart was made in publisher, and both were exported to word. ‘Humane’ Meat Is A Marketers Lie….
There is little difference between meat labelled
free-range or organic and the meat produced by
Factory Farms. In fact, there are more
similarities than there are differences.
Basically free-range= barn stuffed,
and organic = a factory farm
with a grass floor. Take a
look at the chart below. Free-Range/Organic
Animals:
- Slaughtered Painfully
- Abused and Mutilated
- Deprived of Happiness
- Transported far(48hrs)
- Caged and Crowded
The Environment:
- Water Pollution/Use
- Huge Oil Consumed
- Air Pollution Emitted
Workers
- Slaughtering thousands a day for low pay, often injured
- Owned by Exploitive Corporations
Abused By The Industry The Difference?
Veganism Is… The non-violent, healthy, and environmentally friendly choice to not eat meat,
milk, and eggs.
Animal Liberation Is… When no animals are
abused, exploited ,caged, owned, slaughtered or
oppressed. Veganism and Vegetarianism is an
expression of Animal Liberation in action.
