Human trafficking is the illegal movement of people treated as possession to be controlled and exploited.
It is the violation of human rights Domestic Law of Nepal The Trafficking in Persons and Transportation (Control) Act, 2007, defines trafficking as
including the following actions: - Selling or buying a person for any purpose - Engaging a person in prostitution with or without consideration - Removing organs of a person - Having sexual intercourse with a prostitute.

Primarily considered as the origin of source of trafficking Women, men and children from rural area to urban centers ,India and then to other
nations Unicef reported that around 7000 women and girls are trafficked to india every year
and 2 lakh are now working in sex industries. Labor force victims aswell

CONCLUSIONS
• Nepal has taken a number of steps including legislation to strengthen anti-trafficking measures. However because of lack of implementation and open border between two countries trafficking is still widely committed.
