Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in HR management at a diversified organisationExperience in recruitment for technical positions preferredUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labor lawsExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a results driven approach

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to craft and implement HR policies for our growing organisation. Your role is to act as the liaison between Senior Management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Corporate Social ResponsibilityHeads and Tails Society, a 5 year old NGO, that works for animal welfare at street level.
