This programme has been conceptualised and developed with the support of an expert HR Professionals to develop young HR aspirants to meet the demands of industry 4.0.

Several bright students of MSW and MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) area do not get sufficient practical exposure during their post graduation. This becomes a hurdle for them to start a corporate career. Hence this programme aims to provide six months to one year on the job training in HRM in an industrial establishment to all the trainees. The other details of the scheme are as under.

Ø 6 months programme starting from Feb-2019

Ø 100 hours of class-room training delivered by experienced HR professionals

Ø 4 months industry placement based upon merits

Ø Post-training completion, 6 months mentoring & coaching by senior HR Professionals

Ø Certification will be issued on successful completion of programme and obtaining minimum marks in the exam conducted at the end of the programme.

Ø The batch size is 20 only

Ø MBA, MSW, PGDBM final sem students, aspirants those who have completed & searching for jobs and also those who have experience & employed can apply for the programme.

Ø Written test will be conducted and minimum 60% score is mandatory

Ø Those who cleared written test will be interviewed by the Selection Panel.

Ø INR 15,000/- This should be paid at the end of admission only

Starting date: 1st August 2019.

Closing date: 31st July 2020.

In the first phase of the training, selected candidates will undergo 10 days of class room training at NMS Centre, Bangalore from 1st August 2019 to 10th August 2019. During this period the conceptual aspects related to labour law, industrial relation, recruitment and selection, training and development, pay roll administration and performance management will be taught to the candidates by experienced faculty.

In the second phase of the training from 11th August 2019 to 31st February 2020, NMS will deploy the candidates in the HR departments of identified factories/ industrial establishments with a minimum stipend of Rs.5000 (five thousand rupees) per month. During this period the trainees will learn the practical aspects of HRM by working on the job in the real work environment. During the training period or at the end, the companies will have the option to absorb the trained candidates. Those who successfully complete the course will be given Certificate in Human Resource Management. They will also be assisted by NMS in getting jobs in HRM.
