• Marketing staff are less disciplined• Branch staff is less motivated towards organizational goals and achievements• Employees are foci-bore and fed up with their same daily routine work• Decision making is centralized• No mission and vision is defined by branch• Employees are uneducated. Not know technical problems of network and computers also• Relationship between employees is not up to the mark which effect organization environment• Miss utilization of office utilities like telephone etc
