This is competitive bass fishing.
Competition is an ‘individual team format’, students must secure a partner for the season.
Points will be awarded to each team based on tournament standings and other criteria.
Team with the most points may be eligible for the annual championship.
Teams must secure a ‘boat captain’, the district does not provide.
Tournament cost (most recent) is $40 per team per event. There are about 6 events per season.
Students are responsible for purchasing and wearing the team jersey at all events.
The district can not contribute funds for the club, but may assist in collecting donations and completing fundraising events.
