This is your „Priority Space Selection Package“ for selection of exhibit space for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2011 to be held 1- 3 February 2011 at the Amsterdam RAI Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Selection of ISE 2011 exhibit space will take place on Wed-nesday (3 February, 2010) and Thursday (4 February, 2010) for all ISE 2010 exhibitors and will be located in the Expo Foyer 2 next to Hall 3 (see floorplan for this location). After this sche-duled time, space selection will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to all companies who wish to exhibit at ISE 2011 regardless of their priority rank.
ISE 2010 will be larger than the 2009 event, and we are already in discussion with many new companies who have expressed interest in exhibiting at ISE 2011. The Priority Points your company receives for its participation in ISE are a real asset for your company. They determine when your turn will come to select your share of the exhibit booth space available and your company‘s position on the ISE show floor. This ISE Priority Space Selection Kit has been provided to you so that you will be able to confer with other members of your staff to plan your space needs for next year‘s show.
ISE Show Management has pre-assigned island booths 120 net square meters and larger based on Priority Rank. This pre-assignment should eliminate major re-drawing of the floor plan during the Priority Space Selection and help to maintain clear aisles in the halls. The preliminary floor plan of ISE 2011 is part of this package.
If your company misses the ISE 2011 Priority Space Selection you can still select space after the advance sale is closed at 15:00 hours on Thursday, 4 February. Some excellent posi-tions may still be available -- but the range of choices will diminish rapidly if you wait until later in the year to sign-up! This is your opportunity to reserve your company’s best space for next year!
If you are unable to attend the Priority Booking session at your allocated time you may sign a proxy form authorizing the organisers to assign the best possible option for you available at your allocated time. The proxy form is also part of this package.

1. Exhibit space within the area marked “No Redraw” on the floor plan may not be redrawn until the Priority Space Selection is complete or at the discretion of Show Management with regard to the need to allow exhibitors with priority a reasonable selection of suitable booth spaces, to maintain good traffic flow and to maximize useable exhibit space on the Show floor.
2. All islands must be purchased as is. If your company wishes to move or re-size, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis by ISE Show Management following ISE 2010. A waiting list for such requests will be available during Priority Space Selection. It is your responsibility to see that your company submits a waiting list form if you desire to move or re-size after your priority space selection has been made.
3. The Official ISE Contract Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Rules and Regulations (including the Cancellation policy) and the Exhibit Space Rate Schedule are also part of your contract.
4. Where multiple firms have the same number of Priority Points, de-termination of the ranking for space selection has been made by sorting computer-generated random numbers assigned to each firm. Confirmation of your ISE 2011 exhibit space selection and an invoice for your 20% exhibit space deposit will sent to you on or before 1 March 2010. Continuation of your ISE 2011 priority exhibit space assignment is contingent upon ISE Show Management‘s receipt of your deposit payment by 15 March 2010. If we do not receive your deposit by 15 March 2010, your company shall lose its priority exhibit space selection and must reapply for another availab-le space. Space assignments will only be guaranteed with a minimum 20% deposit of the total exhibit space cost. Please refer to the ISE Exposition Rules and Regulations for further details.

Rules & Regulations
Integrated Systems Europe is using the Priority Points system adapted since ISE 2005 and will be using this to ascertain the order of priority for all ISE Exhibitors in choosing booths for the next show.
Accrueing pointsExhibiting companies can accrue priority points through the following two methods:
Method 1:Exhibiting companies earn Priority Points on the following basis:• 5 points per year for maintaining membership in any of the 2 Sponso-
ring Associations (CEDIA and InfoComm International) in each year the company participates at ISE
• 5 points per year for participation as an exhibitor in Integrated Systems Europe
• 1 point per year per 9 net paid square meters (net m2) of exhibit booth space at ISE
Example:An ISE exhibitor who participated in ISE 2009 (5 pts) who is also member of InfoComm International (5 pts) and who had an 18m2 booth (2pts) will have earned 12 Priority Points for ISE 2010.
Method 2:Exhibiting companies can earn Priority Points through the acquisition/purchase of other exhibiting companies. The greater of the two Priority Point totals of the merged companies are utilized and the lower of the two Priority Point totals is forfeited.
Example:XYZ Company who had 20 Priority Points for ISE 2009 purchased ABC Com-pany who had 15 Priority Points for ISE 2008. The newly merged ABC-XYZ Company now has 20 total Priority Points that will apply towards its Priority ranking for ISE 2010.
Please note:If such an acquisition/purchase of a exhibiting company occurs, the purchasing company must notify ISE Management in writing (with sup-porting documentation of the purchase) at least sixty (60) days prior to the opening of the current year’s Show to request that the higher of the two companies’ Priority Points be used for space selection for the following year’s Show.
In the case where both companies will continue to exhibit at future ISE Events, the purchasing company will control the use of the Priority Points and the purchased company’s booth space must be contracted by and identi-fied as a division of the purchasing company. Such a combination of Priority Points may occur only once and the points acquired will remain under the control of the purchasing company.
Example:Sometime in the future, XYZ Company sells ABC Company (or ABC Company wishes to act independently of XYZ Company), who in turn wishes to partici-pate as an exhibitor at ISE. ABC Company is no longer entitled to the Priority Points they earned by exhibiting at ISE. ABC Company will be considered a first-time exhibitor at ISE without any accumulated Priority Points.
Additional Priority Point RulesThe total number of Priority Points accrued by each ISE exhibitor determi-nes the exhibitor‘s Priority Number or “Priority Ranking.” These Priority Numbers are recalculated each year, thirty days before the start of each exposition, and are used by ISE Management to assign booth space at the Priority Booth Selection for the following year‘s Show.Current exhibitors and companies who have exhibited in the previous year’s shows are ranked according to accumulated Priority Points and are listed both in descending order of Priority Rank Number and alphabetically in the Priority Points Roster which is published and distributed to each exhibi-tor in their ISE Priority Booth Selection Package. The “Priority Package” documents are made available prior to the Show online at www.iseurope.org , are mailed to exhibitors and are also distributed at Show-site to each exhibitor’s booth. Priority Packages are available at the Show Management Office prior to the Priority Booth Selection.
Large Exhibit Space Pre-AssignmentShow Management has “pre-drawn” island exhibit booth spaces in order of Priority Number and stated preference (where possible) for exhibitors occu-pying 120 net m2 or larger. A draft floor plan for ISE 2010 will be submitted to such exhibitors in advance of the Priority Booth Selection for confirma-tion of booth size and location. Upon confirmation of these pre-assigned island booths, a final Priority Booth Selection Floor Plan will be printed and distributed to all current exhibitors as indicated in the previous paragraph. Exhibitors with such pre-assigned exhibit booth spaces will remain respon-sible for completing an exhibit space contract and adhering to all exposition rules and regulations as set forth in the Priority Package.Additionally, Priority Numbers are also used by ISE Show Management in the assignment of sleeping rooms, meeting rooms, hospitality suites, ban-quet space, etc. at ISE block hotels in the Show’s host city.Priority Numbers may also become a deciding factor in the resolution of disputes between two or more exhibitors and whenever a dispute arises pertaining to exhibit space usage. Use of Priority Numbers in resolving such disputes is solely at ISE Show Management‘s discretion and shall be review-ed by the ISE Exhibitor Advisory Committee.

ISE Exhibitor Priority Points Policy
1. Booth drop A booth drop of the complete rebooking programme will be carried out on the first day of the exhibition.
2. Check in / Check out When entering the rebooking area, please approach the receptionist to check in and get some helpful instructions. The receptionist will have 2 priority lists (alphabetical order / ranking position).
3. Call service We offer a call service to exhibitors in the event that the rebooking process might be running behind schedule. If you would like to get back to your booth in the meantime, please leave your mobile number at the reception. We will hand out a form for noting your number. On top of that, we have a runner who will actively seek out any exhibitors who have missed their assigned slot.
4. Booking slot Each exhibitor has a 3-minute slot in which to execute their booking. In the event that you do not complete your booking during this period, you must leave the booking area and enter the loop again when you are ready to book.
5. Shell scheme / Modular Stand Design Exhibitors should express their need for a shell scheme option or mo-dular stand design to the booking operator.
6. Allocation of booths The allocation of booths will be carried out strictly according to the ranking list.
7. Memo pads for booth number Please use the memo pads provided to note your chosen stand number for the operator after making your decision on the board. You will find these pads placed on the main screen and at the PC floorplan stations.
8. Residential products The Residential Solutions Area is only for companies which offer predo-minantly residential-market products.
9. Digital Signage products The Digital Signage Hall is only for companies which offer predonimant-ly DS products.
10. Association Membership Memberships of InfoComm International and CEDIA are only recognised by ISE when their region is the same as the origin of the booking. If a booking originates in Europe, then the membership must be with the European region, and so on for all continents. Membership contracts have to be signed before the ISE booking. Should you have any questions about membership or want to become a member, please get in touch with your local CEDIA or InfoComm Inter-national representative.
