THE explosive market in the new broadband TV channels is giving advertisers a new and exciting way of reaching their target audience and attracting new customers to their portal. Hitherto narrowcast broadcast has been virtually impossible for publishers to take advantage of and, even with the growth of satellite and cable channels, the cost has been prohibitive. Our very own Genesis.IPTV system, used by TBCI, changes all that. With groundbreaking technology IPTV becomes a powerful and unique way of distributing content and reaching into the very heart of a massive worldwide audience. ‘A study forecasts the

number of subscribers to

will surpass one million by

2007. IPTV is a two-way

multimedia service that

allows viewers to watch

through high speed Internet,

providing interactive

The LG Economic Research

Institute said in a report

entitled “IPTV Spearheads a

New Broadcasting Market”

that if communication

companies actively promote

IPTV, more than two million

people would subscribe to

the new service by 2009.

It expects the number of

subscribers to grow from

80,000 this year to 520,000

in 2006, 1.26 million in 2007
