DiagnosisDiabetic planter wound on right hallux, chronic non-healing decubitus ulcer on right hallux, and diabetic neuropathy.

Wound Treatment & OutcomeInitially, patient had local wound infection with maceration drainage and swelling HPK tissue. Patient was given antibiotics and Dermagraft was applied for 4 weeks with full wound closure documented at week 7.
