As an employee of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, I am covered

under Star Health and Allied Insurance for TN Govt. Employees, I.D. Card No.

CBE/04/09/1454674 (Xerox copy enclosed). Now I am suffering from acute liver

cirrhosis and liver transplantation is the only solution for my survival. The hospitals

recognized by Star Health and Allied Insurance at Delhi (Xerox copy enclosed) is not

performing liver transplantation. Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi is having the

necessary infrastructural facilities to perform liver transplantation (recognition certificate

Xerox copy enclosed). Sir Ganga Ram Hospital at New Delhi is performing 2-4 liver

transplantations per week and they assure 95 per cent success rate. Hence I submit to

request that I may kindly be permitted to write to Health Secretary Tamil Nadu Govt. and

Honourable Chief Minister Grievances Cell, Govt. of Tamil Nadu to kindly consider my

extraordinary case and extend the benefits of Star Health and Allied Insurance TN Govt.
