Procedure for HRSG Hot Box up

XB-91 command is for open.XB-92 Command is for close.

1. Maintain the Drum Levels of HP & LP Manually.Then stop BFP and close LP Eco inlet Control Valve.

2. DD (diverter damper) should close in 90 secs otherwise GT will trip.If DD doesn’t close then close it with the following commands:(By opening the close up request)11MBR10AA001_XB91 -------> command for CLOSE.11MBR10AA001_XB92 -------> command for OPEN.

3. Close the Start up Vent of HP & LP.11LBA50AA452 & 11LBA10AA452FG Vent----> De active----> De block-----> Select Valve----> Close

4. Close the Drains of HP & LP to ADV.LP----> 11LBA10AA211_XB92 (Give ON command after taking it in Manual)HP----> 11LBA50AA211_XB92 (Give ON command after taking it in Manual)
