Challenge The client was experiencing issues with thier business critical payment entries due to underperforming production infrastructure. Over 1 million members were paying membership dues but the input of these payments were having to be done in some areas by paper due to failing IT systems. This threatened the existence of the organization if not quickly rectified.

Insight Solution Insight assembled a team of IT infrastructure experts to assess the clients environment for short term areas of improvement to the production systems. Once stabilized, Insight provided guidance, design, implementation and continuing support of an optimized infrastructure, that was in some cases as much as 70% more efficient. The cost savings realized in improving the existing IT infrastructure provided the client the ability to utilize consulting services to enhance operations and assure ongoing stability. Insight saved the clients organization from going out of business with short term solutions and provided long term strategy to cut costs and maintain a stable IT infrastructure.
