GSPc_WEB Operating Manual

1.Foreword

General description of "GSPc_Web"

The GSPc_Web is a document browsing system that can be used on web browsers.

About operating environment

The GSPc_Web runs under the environment described below:

OS： Microsoft Windows Vista - 8.1 (RT removes it.)

Required software : Microsoft Internet Explorer

HDD's amount of space : At least 50MB. Data size depends on the browser's cache size.

Web Browser : Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 - 11

Notice

The GSPc_Web does not support web browser's zoom in / zoom out functions.

Some informations may not shown when you browse with browser's document zooming setting enabled.

In case of that close the screen once, and then change browser's settings.

2.About the viewer

The viewer is a window that will be shown when you select a book in the main menu.

The viewer consists of the book toolbar, the index window, the document window and the

part list window.

(1) Book toolbar

Here you can operate about whole books.

(2) Index window

Here you can see document's index.

(3) Document toolbar

Here you can operate illustrations.

(4) Document window

Here you can see illustrations.

(5) Part list toolbar

Here you can operate part lists.

(6) Part list window

Here you can see part lists.

3.The book toolbar

(1) History Back

Move back to the previous page of the browsing history.

(2) History Forward

Move forward to the next page of the browsing history.

(3) First

Move to the first page of the index.

(4) Previous

Move to the previous page from current page.

(5) Next

Move to the next page from current page.

(6) Last

Move to the last page of the index.

(7) View Memo List

Shows the memo list of the current book.

(8) Selection List

You can add selected parts to the selection list, and then can view the selection list window.

(9) Search

Shows the search window.

(10) About

Shows the version of the GSPc_WEB.

3-1.Opening a page

After you opened a book, the book's first page will be shown in the document window,

located in the right side of the screen.

You can open the page you want to open by selecting items in the index window, located in

the left side of the screen.

(1)Select items you want to open in the index window, located in the left side of the screen.

(2)Index items start with "+" mark will be expanded tree-likely by clicking "+".

(3)By clicking the page title you want to open, then you will see the page to be shown.

◆Move to pages by the index

Click directly an item you want to see, in the index window.

◆Using move page buttons

Click move page buttons on the viewer toolbar.

3-3.View Memo List

You can see the memo list in the memo list window.

(1)Click "View Memo List" button on the toolbar to display the memo list window.

(2)Registered memo list will be shown.

Note: You can register a memo, only administrator.

3-4.About the selection list

The window that will be shown when you clicked the selection list button on the book toolbar

is the selection list window.



3-4-1.Selection List Toolbar

(1) Add Record

You can add a new record (a part) to the selection list.

(2) Copy To Clipboard (TAB)

You can copy the contents of the selection list to clipboard, in the format of tab separated datas.

(3) Export To File(TAB)

Write out the contents of the selection list to a file, in the format of tab separated datas.

(4) Print

Shows the print window of the selection list.

(5) Delete Selected

Deletes checked items from the selection list.

(6) Refresh

Refreshes the contents of the selection list.

Note:In case that you added some parts to the part list while the selection list window has been shown,

click "Refresh" or "Selection List" on the book toolbar, to update the selection list.



3-4-2.Add Record

You can add a new record (part) to the selection list.

(1)Click the Add Record button on the toolbar

to show add record window.

(2)Input to the textbox items, then click Save button.



(3)The content you input will be added to the selection list.



3-4-3.Change Quantity

You can change the quantity of a part in the selection list.

(1)Double-click the quantity cell of a part you want to change, to show Change Quantity window.

(2)Input new quantity, then click Change button.

(3)The quantity will be changed to the quantity you input.



3-5.Search

You can search items in the search window, by inputting keyword.

(1)Show the search window by clicking Search button on the toolbar.

(2)Input some keywords, then click Search button.



* About search targets...

・Page Name

Search the keyword you input from the index window.

・Part Number / Part Name

Search the keyword you input from the part list window.

(3)Items that matches the keywords will be listed.

The result may be different by which search target you selected.

・By Part Number(Example)



(4)By clicking the search results, you can see the target page to be shown.



4.The document toolbar

(1) Pan Mode

You can move the document around by left-clicking the mouse and dragging.

(2) Select Zoom

You can zoom the selected area you specified by left-clicking and dragging the mouse.

(3) Copy Image

You can copy the image of selected area you specified by left-clicking and dragging the mouse.

(4) Select Text

You can select text by left-clicking and dragging the mouse.



(5) Zoom In

Zoom in the document.

(6) Zoom Out

Zoom out the document.

(7) Rotate Left

Rotate the document 90 degrees counter-clockwise.

(8) Rotate Right

Rotate the document 90 degrees clockwise.

(9) Print

Shows the document print window.

(10) Show/Hide Thumbnail

Shows / Hides document's thumbnail.

You can print shown page.

(1)Display page you want to print, then click Print button on the toolbar.

(2)Print dialog will be shown.

Select the printer then click "OK."



4-2.Zoom In / Out

◆Zoom In / Out

By clicking Zoom In / Out button,

the document will zoom in / out from current size, by each stages.

◆Select Zoom

By using Select Zoom Tool,

you can zoom into detailed images of you want to see in detail by dragging the document area.

4-3.Copy Image

By clicking Copy Image button on the toolbar,

then drag the image area you want to copy,

you can copy the image.

Note: Copied image can be pasted to

another documents you currently editing, Word, Excel, etc.



4-4.Select Text

You can select texts by clicking Select Text button on the toolbar,

and dragging the area you want to select.

Selected text can be copied to the clipboard by pushing Ctrl (Control) and C (Ctrl+C.)

4-5.Thumbnails

Show / Hide thumbnails of current page.

(1)Click Show/Hide Thumbnail button on the toolbar.

(2)Thumbnails will be shown on the left side of the document window.

(3)Re-clicking the button will result in thumbnails to be hidden.



5.Part List Toolbar

(1) Copy To Clipboard (Tab Separated)

You can copy the contents of the part list into clipboard, in the format of tab separated datas.

You can paste the copied content to another document you currently working like Word, Excel, etc.

(2) Export To File(TAB)

You can write out shown contents of the part list into TAB separated data file.

(3) Print

Shows the print window of the part list.



5-1.Print (of the part list, or the selection list)

You can print shown page.

(1)Display page you want to print, then click Print button on the toolbar.

(2)Print dialog will be shown.

Select a printer, then click "Print."



5-2.Copy To Clipboard

By clicking the Copy To Clipboard button on the toolbar, you can copy the content (Part list / Selection List.)
