HOW TO APPLY, SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION AND PRINTING OF ADMIT CARD

1. Read the advertisement and instructions carefully. Apply only if you are sure that you meet

eligibility criteria.

2. To fill the Online Application Form following details should be ready with the candidates.

Valid E-mail ID, Contact Number/MobileNumber. Details ofvalid Employment Exchange registration of Tripura State onlyi.e.

Number,

Validity from and Valid up to, and name of exchange where registered in Tripurastate only.

Qualification, percentage of marks, year of passing and Name ofInstitute.

Date of Birth. If Ex-Apprentice of ONGC, Work Centre of ONGC where training was undertaken,

Trade and period should be mentioned.

SC/ST certificate in the prescribed format applicable for post in Central Govt. /Central Govt. Undertaking) if applicable duly signed by Competent Authority.(SAMPLE

Format is available on the site).

3.You can apply forREGULAR POST- A-1, A-2 & W-1 LEVEL separatelywith separate Bank

Challan for each level exam fee has to be paid separately.

4. HOW TO APPLY:-

To apply for REGULAR POST by online Registration :

Logon to www.ongcindia.com and click on "Apply ONLINE for Regular Posts".

First fill the Application format. Take the Printout of System Generated Application Form and Customized SBI Bank

Challan bearing unique Registration No.

The Unique Registration No. & Date of Birth will be used (for future access) toAdmit Card, Application Status and Result.

Affix Photograph in the space for photograph and put Signature across thePhotograph so that half signature on application form and other part on the

Photograph itself.

Candidate should Sign the Application Form at the space provided in theApplication format.

Take the printout of System Generated Customized Bank Challan to deposit fees /

charges (i.e. for GEN/OBC Rs 150/- and for SC/ST/PWD - Rs 50/-) in any SBI Branchalongwith applicable bank charges i.e. Rs 20/- per challan or as applicable.

Fill the Journal No., Branch Code, Branch Name and Date of deposit of fees inthe Application Format.

Send the Original Copy of Bank Challan and filled in Application format, alongwithrelevant documents to the designated Post Box so as to reach on or before15.10.2013.

ONGC shall not be liable for any postal delay

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION :-

Once the candidates has filled the Online Application form and submitted the same, theCandidate will get system generated Customized SBI Bank Challan and Application Format.

Take a print out of the same.

Make the payment of requisite fees as per the Customized SBI Bank Challan in any SBI

branch and get the Journal No., Branch Code No., Branch Name and Date of Deposit,which will be filled in by Bank Officials in the challan.

Write the Journal No., Branch Code No., Branch Name and Date of Deposit in theApplication Format.

Affix Photograph in the space for photograph and put Signature across the Photographand wherever applicable in the Application format.

Send the printout on line registered Application format alongwith following documents tofollowingPost Boxby Ordinary post only, so as to reach on or before15.10.2013.

ONGC will not be responsible for any delay or loss of application.

Original Customized SBI Bank Challan of ONGC Copy. Minimum requisite Qualification certificates(Attested copy) Caste Certificates /PwD Certificate(Attested copy) Attested Copy of DATE OF BIRTH Certificate. Copy of Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence/3(three) years driving experience of

heavy Vehicles /Certificate of Competency as Electrical Supervisor/ Fireman's3(three months') duration continuous training / 6 months continuous

experience in Fire Services/Certificate/diploma of minimum six months duration inComputer applications in office environment/Registration in respective council in case of

paramedical post. (Wherever applicable).

Valid Employment Exchange Registration card of Tripura State Only (Attested copy) In case of Person with Disability enclose the relevant Certificate of Disability from Civil

Surgeon.

Ex-apprenticeship certificate if done in ONGC only.

No other mode of application will be accepted.

5. ADMIT CARD FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION :-

Exact Date of the Written Test and Test centre shall be communicated through Admit Card and will

also be available onwww.ongcindia.comweb-site. The Admit Card with details of theCandidates, Roll No., Date, Time, Venue of the Examination, Post Applied for, Category and

Discipline can be downloaded directly from thewww.ongcindia.comat Recruitment of Post in Tripura

Asset, Agartala by entering the unique Registration number printed on the Application

Form and Date of Birth. The same will also be e-mailed to the candidate at the e-mail address

mentioned in the Application form.

The candidates are therefore advised to check their e-mail and ONGC website
