New Student/Parent Enrollment Instructions
1) If you don’t have a Skyward user id and password and have never had astudent at LISD, go to the Laredo Independent School District main websitewww.laredoisd.org and under For Parents Click on the New Parent/StudentEnrollment link to Enroll your student.
2) After entering your First Name, Last Name and Email address, you will receivean email with your password.

3) This is a sample of the email you will receive, click on the link in your email tocomplete the Enrollment

4) You may change the Language on the top right corner If you want to view theforms in Spanish.
Click where it says Select Language:

5) Complete Step 1 – Enter Student Information -‐ Asterisk (*) denotes arequired field
Click on the ‘Complete step 1 and move to Step 2: Family/Guardian Information’ Button.

6) Based on your child’s birthdate the Grade Level will automatically becalculated.NOTE: you will be able to change the grade level if the calculated grade level isnot the expected grade level for the student.When you have finished entering the student information, click the ‘CompleteStep1 and Move to Step2’ button.

7) Step 2 Enter the Family/Guardian Information. Click the ‘No other LegalGuardians live in this address’ button to Complete Step 2 and move to Step 3Medical/Dental Information

8) Step 3 Enter Medical/Dental Information and click the ‘Complete Step 3 andmove to Step 4: Emergency Contact Information’ button.
9) Step 4 Enter Emergency Contact Information and click the ‘Complete Step 4and move to Step 5: Additional District Forms’ button.

10) Step 5 Complete the following District Forms:a. Agreement Formb. Health Formc. Home Language Surveyd. Family Income Application Forme. Multi-‐Agency Formf. PreKinder/Kinder Requirements

11) When you select a form, for example the Agreement Form, you will beprompted to complete the form, click the ‘Yes’ button.

12) Enter the required information and type your name on the box labeled‘Digital Signature of Parent or Guardian’ and type the current date in the boxlabeled ‘Date’.
2) Follow the same steps for all the District Forms and Submit Application to theDistrict.
