Auction Notes & Information• Auction will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 12:15 PM (personal property auction starts at 9:30 AM).
• Auction will be held at the farm located at 1260 Highway 3, Armstrong, MO.
• 3 bedroom 2 bath brick home built in 1977. Two car garage. High efficiency LP gas furnace, central air. Timberline wood burning stove connected into ductwork. Full basement with corner wood room accessible from garage.
• Fayette School District • Howard Electric Cooperative • Thomas Hill Water District
• The 2015 taxes of $1,814.11 were paid by the sellers. 2016 taxes will be pro-rated to closing date.
• $25,000 non-refundable earnest money deposit due at contract signing immediately after real estate auction. Balance at closing in certified funds. Your bidding is not contingent upon financing.
