How to view lesson details

View the details of your booked lessons

•  View the date, time, place of your lesson •  Confirm a lesson with your pupil •  Check if your pupil has confirmed a lesson •  Check if your pupil has paid for a lesson •  Check if a lesson is part of a block •  Mark a lesson as paid •  View and share lesson notes with your

Tap on Lessons in the main menu to view your booked lessons

This will display your lessons in a list

Tap on a lesson to see its details

This will display the Lesson Detail for that This is all the information relating to that lesson

In the Lesson Detail view you can see: Who the lesson is with

In the Lesson Detail view you can see: What type of lesson it is

In the Lesson Detail view you can see: Date of the lesson

In the Lesson Detail view you can see: Time and length of the lesson

In the Lesson Detail view you can see: Location of the lesson

In the Lesson Detail view you can see: Price of the lesson and whether its part of a block booking or not

You can also mark the lesson as paid when your pupil pays for the lesson Just tap Mark a Paid

Pupil Confirmed will appear green when your pupil confirms the lesson using the learner version of the app

You Confirmed, will automatically be marked green if you created the booking

You Confirmed, will automatically be marked green if you created the booking Or tap to mark it green if you wish to confirm a booking sent to you by a student

Finally you can grade your pupil’s progress after each lesson in the Lesson Record

And tap Shared Notes to make notes about this lesson - your pupil can see these notes too

This is where you can make changes to the booking

Cancel a lesson if it is no longer taking place but you wish to keep it in you and your pupil’s diaries as cancelled To see how to cancel a lesson take a look at the Roadio support library

Delete a lesson if you wish to completely remove it from you and your pupil’s diaries To see how to delete a lesson take a look at the Roadio support library

Reschedule a lesson if you wish to change the time, date or location of the lesson To see how to reschedule a lesson take a look at the Roadio support library

(This is what your pupil sees) Your pupil instantly receives an email and a notification informing him of the lesson changes

Don’t worry if your pupil hasn’t downloaded the app - he still receives an email with the booking changes

You can also view lesson details by first selecting the pupil whose lesson you wish to look at

This displays the pupil’s profile

Tap on Lessons to display your pupil’s lessons

You are now looking at all of the lessons your pupil has booked with you

Same as before, just tap on the lesson to view its details

That’s it! Remember: You can either view lesson details in Lessons menu by selecting the lesson from your schedule

Remember: Or you can first select the pupil whose lesson you wish to view in the Pupils menu and view the lesson in their profile
