How to Use KeepVid on Mac 

1. Type keepvid.com in address bar  

 

2. DO NOT Download AVS converter 

 

3. Go to YouTube and copy the URL from the YouTube video you want to download.  

 

 

4. Paste the URL into the Keepvid URL space and Click the Grey Download Button 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Tell it Allow when this message comes up. 

 

 

  6.  Choose the Download MP4 option 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.  It will download into your Downloads folder.  Then it will open in Quicktime.   

You can close out of Quicktime if you like. 

 

8.  To find your video, go to your Downloads folder. One way to get there is from Finder‐Go‐Home.  

Open your Downloads folder by clicking on the arrow and find the video you downloaded.  You can move it to the desktop to make it easier to access or save it somewhere else.
