1. To access the AXA esourcing login page go to: http://esourcing.axa.com
2. Select your preferred language
3. Enter your username and password on the logging page
4. Click on Login
When AXA invite you to participate to an event you receive an email withthe URL of the AXA eSourcing Website, your username and Password

1. Click Forgot your Password?on the Login page. Your Username displays on the Forgotten Password -Username page. Change the default user name only if necessary.

account using the forgotten password information you previously entered:

Note: If you have not previously entered forgotten password information in the preferences menu on the sourcing home, you cannot proceed. An alert message
directs you to contact the system administrator for assistance.

3. Enter your Forgotten Password Answer.
4. Click OK.
5. The Login page displays with the message: Your password was reset and emailed to the address listed on record for your account.

6. On the Login page, enter the temporary password included in the email message and click Login. Cf. Part 1.Log- in.
Note: If the password has a time limit, the expiration time is listed in the email message.
7. Enter the temporary password as your Old Password.
8. Enter your New Password and repeat it in the Verify Password field.
9. Click OK to save your password changes.

A2: Contact Ariba helpdesk to get a new username & password and fill out the page with personal info first in order to access the event
Q2: How can I access the event if I have lost/ forgotten my username & password?
A1: For your first connection you need to:
1. log on using the username & password you received by email
2. accept the terms & condition of the Bidder Agreement
3. complete the "personal information form". After this, you have access to the event
