STEP 1: SELECT

Select the type of rice you wish to cook. The type of rice will determine the rice to water ratio.

STEP 2: POUR

Remove the pot from the cooker and pour in the amount of rice you wish to cook.

STEP 3: RINSE

Rinse the rice thoroughly with water, about 3-4 times, until the water is clear. Then drain the water from the pot.

Fill the pot with water at a 1:1 ratio with the amount rice, using the inner lines as a guideline.

Shake the pot slightly so the rice is evenly spread inside the pot.

Place the pot back in the cooker, then place the lid on.

Insert the plug into an outlet. The “warm” light should now be on.

Press the switch down. The “cook” light should now be on.

The cooking time will vary depending on the amount of rice. When the rice is done, the switch will click back to “warm.”

Remove the lid and fluff the rice using the scooper. This will air out the rice.
