through Cyberbanking (Internet) and Mobile Banking (BEA App)

Transfers through Cyberbanking (Internet)

1. Enter your account no. /username and PIN. Then click “Log in”.

2. Select “Accounts” then “Transfers”.

3. Select “Other Banks > Hong Kong” from the left-hand menu. When you have reached

the “Transfer to Other Banks (Hong Kong)” page, please:

- Enter the transfer details.

- Under “Transfer to”, please click “Other recipient identification” and select one of the

options.

- You can also “Save a new template” with a name of your choice. This template will

then be saved for future use after the transaction is completed. You can avoid having

to enter these details again in the future and will be able to make the same transfer

through the Mobile Banking (BEA App).

Note: If the “Other recipient identification” field is missing, please visit any BEA branch to

activate the “transfer to non-registered account” setting.

4. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) at the mobile phone no. you have

registered with us. Please verify your transfer details and click “Confirm” to

complete the transaction.

Create template through Cyberbanking (Internet) and transfer through Mobile Banking

(BEA App)

1. Enter your account no./username and PIN. Then click “Log in”.

2. Select “Accounts” and “Transfers”.

3. Select “Templates” on the left, select “Fund Transfer to Other Banks (Hong Kong)” on

the right and click “Create a new template”.

4. On the “Add New Template – Fund Transfer to Other Banks (Hong Kong)” page,

- Please follow the instructions and enter the details; - Under “Transfer to”, please click “Other recipient identification*”, select one of the options and click “Proceed”.

*If the “Other recipient identification” field is missing, please visit any BEA branch to activate

the setting allowing fund transfers to non-registered accounts.

5. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) at the mobile phone no. you have registered with BEA. Please verify your transfer details and click “Continue” to establish the new template.

Now that you’ve created the template, you can make instant fund transfers to other

banks through Mobile Banking (BEA App).

6. Download and open the most up-to-date version of the BEA App in the “App Store”

or “Google Play”, then tap “My Banking” at the bottom of the screen.
