How to take the perfect selfie

Before you shoot, check your surroundings! Don’t take selfies in inappropriate or dangerous places.

How to manipulate your features

For fuller lips, don’t suck in your cheeks and pull a duckface. Try gently pushing a tiny bubble of air towards sealed lips for a slightly fuller pout. If it looks unnatural, abandon and smile!

For enchanting eyes, smile, and try to keep your eyes in the same position when you change expression. When shooting in full light, open your eyes just as you take the photograph to banish the squint.

To minimize your chin, extend your neck forward or push your tongue into the roof of your mouth. Tilt your chin down.
