Eat lots of fruits and vegetables because these foods provide more nutrients for you body. Instead of eating a large meal, consider eating small meals staggered throughout the day. But most importantly, stay hydrated! Food to Eat: Put more time into studying for the classes that you struggle with more during the semester. Do not procrastinate studying for your easy classes because a review of all the material can go a long way for your exam. Find out what type of exam you are having in every class; this may help you find out the difficulty for each final exam and will help you with your studies. How to Prioritize: Most people have a certain way that they learn the best. If you do not know what way you learn best here are some possible ideas to help you study: videos, flashcards, reading textbooks or practice problems.
