Wash Your Hands
Wash your hands as much as possible.
Germs are everywhere and especially in the
winter, you do not want to pic those
germs up!
Brush With A New Brush
Brushing your teeth with the same brush you used while sick puts you at risk for getting sick again. Toss the old thing!
Moisturize
The colder months cause our sensitive skin to crack and expose us to more risk. Make sure
this doesn’t happen by moisturizing your hands and feet especially.
Hydrate
Even though the cold makes us feel less
thirsty, it’s important to remember to drink water in the winter. Keep reaching for
those tall glasses of hydrating H2O.
Feed With Fiber
High fiber foods like apples, nuts, and oats provide
much-needed fiber and energy for
winter. They also help reduce
inflammation and boost your
immune system!
