Google+ Profile
Click on Create Profile.
Complete your personal information and a username that everyone will` see.
Add anyone that it thinks you might know to your friends list. Complete if you want to, otherwise just click Next.
Follow other pages that might interest you. Again, choose if you wish or click Continue. It may prompt you if you don’t pick anything at this point, but continue anyway.
Add a photo to your profile. You can either Snap a photo with your webcam or you can upload a photo from your computer.
Complete further information about yourself such as where you went to school or where you work If you don’t want to complete this, just click Finish.
Getting started with Google+
Pages
Open Google+. Place your cursor in the top-left corner for the Google+ main menu.
Click Pages.
Click the Create a page button in the top right.
Pick the Google+ page category that you want to create.
Click the Create button.
Google+ Communities Complete the About section. In this step, you'll provide basic
information about your cause. You should include a
description as well as a website, because this will improve
your rankings.
Remember:
First, “Like” your page to build support.
Post a status update. Write your post in the comment box and then click on "Post.“
Upload more photos to show people what’s happening at your school. Click on "Photos”, click on "Add photos," and then choose the photos you'd like to upload from your computer.
Upload a cover photo. Click on "Add a cover" on the right-hand side of the place where your cover page should be, and then click on "Upload Photo." Choose a photo for your cover page.
Post at least once per day, but not so often that your fans get annoyed.
