A publication summarizing learning outcomes of a training course named How To Serve It Cold 2.0 that was run near Cracow on 31st of May till 7th of June 2015. The project was funded by Erasmus + programme and was dedicated to youth leaders, youth workers and experienced volunteers of NGO institutions that work in an international environment. The main topic was intercultural conflict management and necessary competencies.
