There is a simple process to follow if you would like to sell your
item at a Mallams auction…
SELLING YOUR ITEM

Arrange for a free valuation of your item.
If we feel your item is suitable for a sale, we will advise which particular sale and arrange for the item to go to the appropriate saleroom.

If appropriate, we will agree a reserve price with you before the sale.
You will receive a catalogue and a sale notification prior to the sale, usually a week in advance.

Your item will be entered into auction, and if it sells then you will receive a cheque within 18 working days, provided we have received payment.
If your item is unsold, there is no charge unless under special circumstances.

Send details and an image to the saleroom via email. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Bring the item to one of our salerooms in Oxford, Cheltenham, or Abingdon.
Arrange for one of our valuers to visit you for an informal spoken valuation.

Vendors Commission Rates: 15% on the fi rst £3,000, 10% thereafter per lot
Loss and Damage Warranty: 1.5% of the hammer price
Lotting and Internet fee: £5 per lot sold
Illustration charges including web illustration: £10 per lot sold
