Step 1
Please logon to one of the controllers via a web browser (IP of controller A or B). User name and
password are required.
Step 2
Please click on the button manage > utilities > debug utilities > save logs to file. Please click on
the button “Generate Log Information…” to save the logs to a file. Entering contact information is
not required.
Step 3
The following message will open in a new window. The gathering the information might take up
to 15 minutes.
Step 4
After successfully gathering the information, the browser should display the following message.
Please click on the “Download Selected Logs to File” and a “Save As” window should let you
save the logs. Please compress the storelog file, this should decrease the size to less than 1MB.

Step 1
Please logon to one of the controllers via a web browser (IP of controller A or B). User name and
password are required.
Step 2
Please select “Save logs”, as shown in one of the screenshots below.
Step 3
Please enter your name into the given textbox and press “Save Logs”. The following message will
appear: “Collecting data from the debug logs. This typically takes several minutes.”
Step 4
After the storelog file has been collected, the screen below should appear. Please press ok and a
“Save file” popup will appear, allowing you save the storelog file to your computer. Please
compress the storelog file, this should decrease the size to less than 1MB.

Step 1
Please open the CLI, Start menu > Run… > cmd > ok
Step 2
Connect to the IP of a Controller (Controller A or B) via telnet using the commando:
telnet 192.168.1.1 (use the IP of Controller A or B)
Step 3
Please enter user name and password. Execute the following commando and exit:
set protocols FTP enable
exit
Step 4
Please open the CLI, Start menu > Run… > cmd > ok. Connect to the IP of a Controller (Controller
A or B) via ftp using the commando:
ftp 192.168.1.1 (use the IP of Controller A or B)
Please enter user name and password.
Step 5
To save the storelog file to a HDD destination of your choice execute the following command:
get logs c:\store.log
Please note that the destination folder can vary from the example given above, but the file should
be named “store.log”. Collecting the logs will take some time and the output should look like this.
