Set up 2 hours in advance:. Set a specific time for all teammates to arrive early. Be sure they have the booth #, best door to enter by, hall passes, etc. . Assign each person one set-up task on this sheet (bring many of these printed emails with you).. Assign the same person who did the set up task (above) to also be in charge of the disassembly and clean up of that task.. Once the booth is set, let everyone know they did a great job. . TAKE PHOTOS OF BOOTH BEFORE VISITORS ARRIVE AND WHILE IT'S FILLED WITH VISITORS & POST ON FACEBOOK.. Then gather your team for a quick bite to eat (because you won't have time otherwise). Option #1:As a visiting guest signs in next to a #1... this is Stacy's person:Stacy develops rapport, does the demo & processes the order. Stacy schedules follow up to discuss other products and opportunity: she has her guest complete a fish bowl entry form that she keeps.This is ideal for a slow traffic booth. It allows each booth operator to develop their skills across the board and it's the best way for the booth operator to develop a relationship with their guest.

Option #2:Or a visiting guest signs in next to a #3.... #3s will always be Lisa's orders at the end of the day, yet different operators will be greeting, demoing, and processing each visitor. If the booth is very busy this option is usually best. It operates much like a store does (2 sales people on the floor, 2 cashiers, 1 manager, etc.) This is best if it's a busy high traffic booth because it is organized and streamlined. This method develops synergistic teamwork. It also allows the person who is best with people to be the greeter, the person who is best at describing the product to be the one doing the demos, the person who is best at up-selling and asking for money to be the one who processes all orders (the cashier).

The Fortune is in the Follow Up: . Before you exit the booth, plan a date where all booth operators reconvene to call all leads (it's more fun to do call backs as a group).. Everyone places the date time and place in their calendar before they exit the booth.. Call the visitors who ordered product and offer additional products that they may have interest in & ask if they know anyone looking to telecommute/set their own hours/earn substantial commission? . Call the fish bowl leads and do the same.. Offer to send everyone a link, have your links ready to share: www.GoGreenGetPaid.com, links to product testimonials, links that describe z3, etc. Or send them to the next live call.. Offer everyone the ability to meet you the company executives.... have a date planned to provide a HOT SPOT PARTY or a business debriefing. Mass invite the booth visitors to this one large event.
