HOW TO RENEW YOUR BIRDLAND MEMBERSHIP

1 Go to orioles.com/myaccount and click “Log In Now”

2 Click on the “Sign In/Sign Up” tab at the top right-hand corner of the “Welcome to Your Orioles Account Manager” page.


3 Log in using your email address and password. Click “SIGN IN.”

If this is your first time logging in to Orioles Account Manager, you will need to reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” located just above the SIGN IN button.


4 Your renewal statement will appear in the Invoice column. Click on “2020 Birdland Membership” to view and pay for your invoice.


5 Review your invoice summary which includes your plan type, seating location, quantity, and price. You can print or email your invoice by clicking the “Print” or “Email” buttons in the top right corner. Click “Continue.”


6 Select your Payment Option from the drop-down menu. Options are to Pay In Full or enroll in the 4-Month Payment Plan. If you choose the 4-Month Payment Plan your first payment will be charged immediately at checkout.


7 Add a Payment Method or choose from a pre-saved credit card. Enter the CVV code.


8 Accept the Terms & Conditions by clicking the box.Click “Pay Now.”


9 You will receive an email with confirmation of your payment.
