How To Register for Out of State

1) Open URL and click Register

2) If you already have an account login with you username and password. If you have never

created an account in Affinity Sports please click create new account.

3) Once logged in you can add new family members. If you don’t have to add anyone click

continue.

4)Select a player to register.

5) Click out of state player registration box. Then scroll to the bottom and select the state you wish

to play in and click save.

6) Click Continue.

7) Click the Agree box for the ELA (Electronic Legal Agreement) and then click Agree & Continue

8) Make Payment and Registration is now complete.
