Mark Sweeney, Esq.: Mark is a litigation attorney with Pacific Gas and Electric Company in San Francisco. His responsibilities include handling and managing tort and commercial litigation, advising on California and Federal OSHA issues, and leading PG&E’s e-discovery efforts. Mark joined PG&E in 1994. Prior to that, he was a litigator for an Oakland-based litigation firm, where he defended companies in product liability, premises liability, and construction defect matters. Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Davis in 1985, and his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 1988. He is a member of the California Bar and the United States District Court, Northern and Central Districts of California.

Reg Thompson, Esq.: Reg is Senior Corporate Counsel for Netflix, where he manages Netflix’s litigation matters. Prior to Netflix, Reg was a litigation associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, and Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York City. He obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa (Canada), and holds a PhD in Law from the Univer-

sity of Cambridge.
