A few essentials before we get started
1. You charity will need to have a Facebook page. For example facebook.com/reverserett
2. You need to add the Facebook developer application. Go to developers.facebook.com/apps
3. Your Facebook account will need to have been verified in order to add the developer application. There are two ways to verify your account. First, you can verify your mobile phone, which allows Facebook to verify that a real person is in control of the account. This process is explained here: facebook.com/confirmphone.php
The second way to verify your account is to add a credit card to your account. You may do so here secure.facebook.com/cards.php For more information, go to: facebook.com/help/?faq=17515&ref_query=develop - !/help/?faq=17580www.facebook.com/help/?faq=17515&ref_query=develop#!/help/?faq=17580

Step 1: Add your donation prompts
Donation prompts help people understand the potential impact of their donation and allow you to suggest how much they should give.
For example:
£10 would buy a coat for one of our dogs at a rehoming centre
£20 would vaccinate a dog against infectious diseases
£100 would neuter a dog helping prevent unwanted puppies
Once added, they will appear in your giving app on Facebook and your profile page on JustGiving.

• And your Facebook app id is 169502709807019
• You would create the dialog url below:
https://www.facebook.com/dialog/pagetab?app_id=169502709807019 &redirect_uri=https://www.justgiving.com/britishlegion/donate?targetdevice=embed
