How To Pull A Land List From ReboGateway

• Login to the Land Profit Generator and click on the ‘Resources’ section located on the righthand

sidebar of the site:

• This will load the TitleToolBox tool through ReboGateway.

• Click on ‘Farming> Area Search’ option:

• Select the ‘State’ you want to work in.

• Select the ‘County’ you want to work in.

• Remove the default filter called ‘Property Type: SFR, Condominium’:

• Under the ‘PROPERTY CHARACTERISTICS’ tab select ‘Property Type = Miscellaneous Vacant

Land’:

• At this point, it is important to NOTE that ReboGateway indexes land one of two ways

depending on the County you select. So, click the ‘GET COUNT’ button to see if any records

return for the current filters before moving to the next step:

To see if all land available is returned, you can try another filter they categorize land under

which is located under the ‘CUSTOM FILTERS’ tab. First REMOVE Misc Vacant Land on the

Property page, then go to the CUSTOM FILTERS Tab and Set the filter called ‘Residential Vacant

Land’ to ‘YES’. Select the count that yields the highest return. IMPORTANT: Select one OR the

other but NOT both.

• Under the ‘ASSESSMENT & TAXES’ tab select enter in a value of BETWEEN 5000 and 100000

under the ‘Assessed Value’ filter:

• Click the ‘GET COUNT’ button at the bottom of the screen to run the filters, then click the ‘PAY

NOW’ button to purchase the list:
