KEEP YOUR FILTERS CLEAN• Keep the following clean as it is essential to reducing allergies:

• Air conditioning

• Furnace

• Ducts.

• Over time, allergens can build up on filters, wreaking havoc on your sinuses.

• Using a home air filtration system may help reduce the amount of allergens you are exposed to inside your home.

DON’T LET LEAVES SIT IN YOUR YARD TOO LONG

• Wet leaves are a breeding ground for mold, and many fall allergy sufferers are allergic to mold spores.

• Have someone who is not allergic to mold clean out your leaves.

• If you have to do it yourself, wear a mask and gloves!

KEEP PETS OUT OF THE BEDROOM, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO THEM

• Consider making some bedrooms in your house a no pet zone.

• Almost all pets spend some time outdoors, even if it is only for a few minutes a day.

• If they go outside, they can pick up pollen on their fur which can cause you to have an allergic reaction.
