Performance - Plans and PricingThis program is ideal for customers who do not have a DBA or SQL architect on staff with technical expertise in Sage X3. and maintains a high transactional volume. These tuning plans help you refine your system and ensure optimal performance. Here are some examples of work performed within these offer-ings:

Tuning Evaluation Package Tuning Implementation Package • Determine if X3 primary folder can benefit from indexing optimization. • Disk latency and size. • Database backup strategy • Database index maintenance plan • Evaluate SQL server setup and settings. • Evaluate X3 database level settings. • Evaluate Temp DB settings. • Evaluate SQL load on server. • Evaluate ALISTER usage. (An X3 table that may be inadvertently written to by reports or modifications that can grow out of control and slow down SQL) • Recommendation review
