Take a moment to ask yourself: Are youHungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired?It sounds really simple, but thats thewhole point. Often when we're anxiousor self destructive we have one of thesefour feelings just under the surface.

One of the best ways to deal withanxiety is to build up resilience before

you feel anxious. Mindfulness,meditation and breathing exercises canhelp you to quiet your mind and be still

and peaceful.

Don't feel guilty if you're not sticking toyour routine. This is a tough time foreveryone, including you. When you feeloverwhelmed or anxious, think aboutwhat you would say to a friend who youlove. Give yourself the same compassionand kindness.

Go for a walk, open your window, go toanother room, change your clothes or

sheets on your bed. You can trychanging things during the day to make

you feel like you are in a safe,comfortable space that you have some

control over.
