How To Make Your Home Cosy For Winter

Check out our great tips to make your home Cosy and Christmassy in time for winter

Loads of Lights!

Fairy lights are the perfect way to add that cosy feel to any room especially in the dark, winter months! Not only are they pretty to look at, theyre also very flexible to decorate a room with hang them on paintings/photo-frames or invest in some stick-on wall clips and make your own fairy light patterns across your wall! Decorating your window-sill with fairy lights is also a popular choice.
The best part of all, fairy lights wontbreak the bank!

Bulky Blankets!

Blankets are anessentialto a comfy interior. If youre cold in winter, its nice to have a throw at the ready to cuddle up into youll probably be that comfy, youll struggle to get back up!
We recommend neutral colors such as cream, beige and light grey these are likely to suit most interiors and avoid your room decor looking too busy or over the top.

Christmas Candles!

Christmas candles are such a cheerful decoration, they just screamfestivity! Candles are a great way to decorate your interior, utilizing surfaces such as window-sills, table-tops or the top of your fireplace. You could either opt for Christmas candles decorated with snowmen or Santa hats, or, go for something more simple such asChristmas colors we advise red, gold or silver.

Light up your log fire!

Not something everybody has in their home, but if you do, get it going! Log fires, not only a cosy feature, but are also a great way to save money on electricity bills everyones a winner!
Log fires provide warmth, are attractive to look atandyou can roast marshmallows whilst watching your favorite Christmassy film! Its easily one of our favorites!

Cuddly Cushions!

What better to do when youre cold then cuddle up to a cushion? Nothing!
Furry or fluffy cushions are the best cushions to invest in to be part of your winter decor. We recommend going for a colour or pattern that matches the theme of your interior matching your cushions with your throws/blankets is also a great way to keep your interior looking nice and tidy.
For the ultimate comfy interior we say fill your sofas and beds withat least3 cushions each!

Fluff up your floor!

If you havent got a fluffy rug youre doing it all wrong!
Not only are they comfortable to dig your feet into but theyre a great way to dress up your interior.
We highly recommend the more neutral colors beige, white andbabycolors always look beautiful. Black rugs are also a great choice for the more modern interior.
