APPENDIXTables, rules, and conditions

Terms you need to know

Group Quali�cation Points (GQP): Represents the total of the PQP

generated by the entire group that is in your organization, such amount

determines the total output of your organization, which in turn

determines the assigned rank you have in Ardyss.

40% Rule: To qualify for the di�erent Rank Status you must meet the 40%

rule, which establishes that not more than 40% may be given as a total of

the GQP on any of your organization legs. (This rule applies for power

Start)

50% Rule: To qualify for the di�erent Rank Status you must meet the 50%

rule, which establishes that not more than 50% may be given as a total of

the GQP on any of your organization legs.

These terms and concepts will help you understand the

10 ways of earning money in Ardyss.

Direct Sales: Purchase products at wholesale price and sell them at retail

price, obtaining a 66% pro�t.

Rank: The category that de�nes the current rank of a distributor.

(For example: Supervisor, Manager-A, etc.)

Active: To be considered as an Active Distributor you must maintain a

minimum purchase of 50 PQP per month, and you will be considered as

Quali�ed Distributor if you keep buying 150 or 100 PQP per month.*

*Note: As you advance in rank the score increases as well.

Personal Quali�cation Points (PQP): Represents the value assigned to

each product that you buy either for sale or consumption, and the sum of

these points is used to determine if you qualify to have the next rank level

assigned.

Value Points (VP): Every Ardyss product has an amount of points asigned

and named as "Value Points" (VP). The VP are used to calculate di�erent

payment options that are described in the Compensation Plan.

Requirements, restrictions and charts

Purchase products at wholesale price and sell them at "retail price". You earn up to 66% of pro�t.

1 DIRECT SALESFast Money

The Power Pack (Power pack), is the best way to enroll your guests in Ardyss, as it gives you access to the Power Start program, which will help you build your business as you obtain quick income. Every time you invite someone with Power Pack, you will receive 80 USD, 120 USD or 200 USD depending on the package ( Complying with the Quality Enrollment Requirements).

Requirements and RestrictionsYour guest must register with the Power Pack. To receive this bonus you must make your personal minimum. Note: Your guests should be in Recurring Order and send their W9 form.Express BonusThere is a Basic Membership of $30 USD to enroll as an Ardyss Distributor and being able to receive the bene�ts of the Compensation Plan except for the Power Start bonus. The Sponsor gets from a 20% to a 30% from the Value Points of the �rst purchase. (Only from the �rst order.)

2 POWER PACK BONUSOne Time Payment

To participate in this program, you must have enrolled with the Power Pack. For a guest to be considered as active, he/she must be enrolled by you and be placed on your �rst level; additionally he/she must make a minimum purchase of 100 PQP in that month. If you buy a power pack after several months of having joined the company, the goal to be paid will not be retroactive, it will be based on the total GQP made the previous month applying the 40% rule. It is also a bonus that gives you the opportunity to get paid for the goals your guests meet with Power Start. If your guest meets a goal, he wins and you get 100% matching bonus of that too.

3 POWER START *One Time Payment

If your guest enrolls with Power Pack and achieves a higher rank than yours, you can not get a matching bonus. To receive this bonus you must make your personal minimum according to your rank.

4 MATCHING POWER START BONUSOne Time Payment

(*) These changes apply from commissions run of January 20131.- You must have a minimum of 3 active Distributors with 100 points.

2.- Active Distributors must be directly enrolled, placed on your �rst level.3.- The goals should be achieved with points accumulated by your group, if the points are personal

What is a generation?It is all the people of lower ranks (Advisor, Coordinator, Supervisor and Manager-A) which are below someone who has the status of Manager-B or higher.

RestrictionsTo receive this achievement you must have the status of Manager-B and on.It must meet the 50% rule. This bonus does not apply in case the rank status required is lost.

8 GENERATIONAL BONUSMonthly Payment

With the Matching Bonus you win the same amount that your guest earns, as long as both of you keep your current rank or increase it.

RestrictionsBoth (your guest and you) must comply with the minimum of personal quali�cation points according to your ranks. (See table)

Both (your guest and you) must have a Recurring Order in the month in course, according to your Rank.If the enroler loses his/her rank status, the bonus does not apply, and if the guest loses his/her rank status the enroler loses the chance to obtain the Macthing Bonus.

9 ENROLLER BONUSMonthly Payment

You get 5% of the consumption of each person in your organization up to 8 levels! That is, if the guest of your guest Ardyss make a purchase, you get 5% of that purchase.RequirementsIt is essential to meet your monthly minimum of PQP to qualify for this achievement.

RestrictionsApplies starting from the second purchase of any person in your organization.

In addition, this achievement is combined with the enroller bonus, so in total you earn 15% of each person you invite, and an additional 5% of each person in your organization. Between levels 1-8 depending on your rank.
