Step 1: Gather 16 pieces of reed.

If you can’t find reeds, you could
also use pipe cleaners or straw!

Step 2: Take the shortest one and hold upright.

Step 3: Take a second straw and fold it in the
middle. Wrap it around the first straw at the centre.

Step 4: Take a third straw and wrap it around the
second straw and pull tight.

Step 5: Take a fourth straw and wrap it around the
third straw and pull tight.

Step 6: Take a fifth straw and wrap it around the
fourth straw and pull tight.

Step 7: Take a sixth straw and wrap it around the
fifth straw.
