Free Upgrade from WM 2.2 or Prizm EMS

• If you have purchased a Wireless Manage Server or Prizm EMS in 2010, you are entitled to a free upgrade. [Please note that the previous free upgrades such as WM 2.0 -> 2.2 do not count as purchases. Prizm in BAM-only mode also does not count.]

• This offer includes a year of free maintenance. However, the maintenance period will start on the date WM 3.0 is launched, regardless of when you actually perform the upgrade.

• Your Entitlement ID will be emailed to you automatically when WM 3.0 is launched. After receiving your Entitlement ID, proceed to slide 15. If you have not received your free upgrade, please visit the website at the URL below for details on how to apply:

Upgrade from WM or Prizm EMS

• If you have purchased Wireless Manager or Prizm EMS prior to 2010, you are entitled to an upgrade, but you must purchase an upgrade package to qualify for itqualify for it.

• The upgrade part numbers are divided into tiers, which correspond to the number of node licenses you currently hold for WM and/or Prizm EMS. These will all be converted to new licenses for WM 3 0These will all be converted to new licenses for WM 3.0.

Choose the adapter that represents the network card that will be used. If there are more than one, choose the card that is listed first. The MAC address is on the line labeled “Physical Address”, in this case “00-0C-46-16-50-1B”. Remember to take the punctuation out before submitting on the website.

On a Linux Server, the procedure is very much the same, however you will use “ifconfig” to list information about the network adapters. The information is located after the tag “HWaddr”
