Many people have a fear of approaching women. In fact, it has been estimated that at least 95% of the men around the world are afraid to pick up women. But what people don't know is if they have that particular fear or not. So I'm going to show you some symptoms to help you figure out if you have a fear of approaching women.

There are no outright symptoms that people actually develop and show if they have a fear of picking women up, but there are some things that you can actually take observe and judge by yourself. Here is what you can do. When you see a beautiful woman that you'd LOVE to get to know, take note of what goes through your mind. Do the following thoughts come into mind?

1) "Man, there's no point going up to her, she's probably attached." 2) "What if she thinks I'm too ugly?" 3) "What if she laughs at me?" 4) "What if she asks me to go away?"

You know what I mean right? Do thoughts along the lines of the ones mentioned above come across your mind? If they do then you DEFINITELY have a fear of approaching women. Now obviously there is no medical cure for this. What you need to do is work towards overcoming these fears. You need to do learn of methods to overcome these fears. After all, you don't want to be single forever right?
