How to join DAWLAN with iOS device

These instructions will help you connect to the DAWLAN with a Wi-Fi only iOS device.

Prerequisites:

1) You need to be connected to a non-county Wi-Fi network.

2) You need to have access to your work email account through one of the following:

a. Use the web browser to navigate to http://owa.ventura.org/

b. Install the Microsoft Outlook app so you can access your county email account

c. Configure your device to connect to your county email account through the native iOS Mail settings

Installation steps: 1) Your county email account will receive an email from “Cisco Meraki” with the subject “Meraki Systems Manager for iOS

enrollment link”. Please open this email message on your iOS device, and touch the link in the message.

2) Upon touching the link, you will be taken to the Meraki SM Setup web page as seen below. Please note, the Network ID will

already be filled in. Touch the “Register” button on the page (you may have to touch it twice to get it to register).

3) Meraki will take you to the “Install Profile” screen. From here, touch “Install” in the top right corner.

4) You will be asked to enter your passcode if you have set one. Enter it to continue.

5) Next, you will be given a chance to Install or Cancel the profile installation. Touch the “Install” button to continue.

6) There will be another warning that explains some of the possible uses for Mobile Device Management. Touch the Install button

in the top right corner to continue.

7) You will be asked to Trust or Cancel allowing remote management on your device. Click on the “Trust” button to continue.

8) After a few seconds, the profile will be installed. You should see the “Profile Installed” screen. From here, click the “Done”

button in the top right.

9) After clicking the “Done” button, you will be taken back to the Meraki SM Setup web page, and should see the following:

10) Shortly after the profile is installed, you will be asked to set a passcode for the device if it does not already have one.
