How to install TeamViewer for Capalbo Accounting Services

1. Click on the link named “Remote Access Software” under the “Resource” page at

www.hlcapalbo.com

2. After the download is completed, open the file and click “Run” when prompted.

3. When the “Teamviewer 10 Setup” opens, Left click the radio button to select

“Installation to access this computer remotely (unattended)”. Once selected, click

“Accept – Finish” in the bottom right hand corner.

4. Click “Yes” if prompted with “Do you want this program to make changes to your

computer?” Once TeamViewer is installed, it will automatically open and ask you to

setup unattended access. Click “Next”

5. You will be prompted to enter your computer name and a password. Please enter a

computer name that is easily identifiable, such as “Bob’s PC – ACME Inc.”. Please enter a

unique password for Remote Access. This password will need to be provided to Capalbo

Accounting Services.

6. If no password is entered, a random password will be generated each time TeamViewer

is opened. This random password will need to be provided to Capalbo Accounting

before a remote session is created.

7. Click the “Finish” button

8. At this final step, click “Allow and finish” and you will have completed the unattended

access installation.
