How to Install Deck Bungee on your SUPOutdoor CentreOutdoor CentreOutdoor Centre

Many SUPs come with slots on the deck for bungies that allow you to carry gear with you on your SUPadventures. Here, we will show you how to set up your board using one of our bungee kits.

Run the bungee through the two slots side by side toward the front of the board and pull the two ends so that

they are even.

Cross each side over toward the opposite edge of the board and run

through the slot now working toward the back of the board.

Run each end back toward the backof the board through the slots you

started with.

Measure out several inches of extracord so you can expand the bungees

for extra gear if necessary.

Cross one side over diagonallyworking toward the front of the board and run through the slot.

Cross the other side over diagonallyworking toward the front of the board and run through the slot.

Cut o any excess bungee Pinch the ends of the plastic joinerand run the ends of the bungee

through on both sides.

Tie o the ends of the bungee andyou are ready to go!

Simply run the bungee through the slots and pull out the ends as shown in Step 1

except you will be working towardthe back of the board, then move on to Step 6.

For Boards with Two Bungee Slots(most planing style boards)

Follow instructions shown, but at Step 3 youwill cross over diagonally one more time beforeworking back toward the back of the board as

shown in Step 4.

For Boards with Six Bungee Slots(longer displacement style boards)

Your bungee will now be held in place.You can burn the ends of the bungee at this point to keep it from fraying.
